Traveling to Long Island Jewish Forest Hills - Northwell Health

From Manhattan and Points West

Take the Long Island Expressway eastbound to 108th Street exit. Turn right on 108th Street. Proceed to 66th Road. Turn right on 66th Road, and proceed two blocks. The hospital is on the right.

From Long Island and Points East

Take the Long Island Expressway westbound to 108th Street exit. Make the first left turn onto 108th Street. Proceed to 66th Road and turn right. Proceed two blocks. The hospital is on the right.

By Bus

Take the Q-60 on Queens Boulevard. Take the Q-23 on 108th Street.

By Subway

Take the R or M train to 67th Avenue, or take the E or F train to Continental Avenue. Then take the Local R or M train (west) one stop to 67th Avenue.

From LIRR

Take LIRR to Jamaica Station. Take Subway - E train to Continental Avenue, then transfer to the local R or M train one stop to 67th Avenue about 15 minutes.
